Here are some answers to any questions you may have:

Why aren't text messages sent?

  • Make sure you always have the latest version of the application
  • Check that your device is connected to the internet
  • Check that you have granted the necessary permissions to the application
  • Make sure Notify is set to send messages by default and is excluded from battery optimization settings. More details can be found at: https://dontkillmyapp.com/

Do you have plugins for other platforms as well?

Yes. We also have plugins for Prestashop, Magento and Open Cart. We make them available to you, but at the moment we do not provide support in their installation and configuration.

Can I send as many messages as I want?

As far as we are concerned, we do not limit the number of messages sent, however you must pay attention to the conditions regarding the misuse of the mobile phone provider.

I have my own digital product, can I use your service?

Of course. We have set up a public API that allows you to implement our service in your application. Under certain conditions, we can also help you with support.

I changed my phone. What to do?

If you've changed your device and want to send messages with a new one, you'll need to enter your account settings, in the devices section, to delete the old device from the list. Install Notify on your new phone and log in to your account. The system will automatically register the new device and you will be able to send messages.

How do I choose a Notify plan?

You can choose from the 3 plans available on the price page. We offer you 3 plans: one completely free, and two more paid. For paid plans we use Stripe as a payment integrator. We need your confirmation for the first payment, then we automatically debit your business card monthly. You can also cancel or change your current plan at any time. Just let us know.
